Established in the year 2000 “K.K.R. BUILDERS” stepped into designing, construction and promotion of residential apartments and individual houses in and around Adambakkam, Chennai. With qualified technocrats and an aesthetic approach in designing by our architects, we were able to satisfy our customers and provide bounty spaces with sound structures. Armed with nearly two decades of construction experience, we are well equipped with in depth understanding of the Building Industry, innovative practices and advanced technological knowledge. We are determined to cater to the housing needs of the metro community. Towards this end, we have so far completed more than 95 projects with around 490 dwelling units for our esteemed and extremely satisfied customers.
